There is a payment processing fee of 1.5% which applies to every donation made via Debit/Credit card. This is a charge that comes from the bank. This means that when you donate $10 , $9.85 is sent to the beneficiary and $0.15 goes to the bank as a payment processing fee.

As your donation is made through our PCI DS Standards, it uses secure and encrypted payment technologies to ensure that every donation is processed safely. All payments are securely processed by the bank and we do not have access to any credit card information to protect privacy. All our online donations uses a secure payment gateway Stripe that is one of the safest and most secure payment gateways in the world. It powers many big companies like Airbnb and is partially owned by Visa and Mastercard. These details are required for a successful donation including billings and proof of transactions.

After you make a donation, you will receive a donation confirmation email within a few minutes. The donation confirmation email is sent by admin@mijhub.com with the subject "Thank you for your donation!". Note: The donation confirmation email might be flagged as a junk mail, please check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox.

You can request an edit or cancellation on a donation made by you the donor by writing in to zakiyyah@mijhub.com (mailto:zakiyyah@mijhub.com)using the email and name used for the donation. You should receive a reply from us within 2-5 business days.

Donations may fail for a few reasons, including: • Typos in your card number, expiry date • The donor name not matching your card's billing name • Insufficient funds • The card being declined by the issuer (if your donation attempt seems outside your normal spending habits) • Browser or device issue (sometimes the card issuer requires authentication which could be blocked by your browser or device before it gets popped out) issues with your internet connection (sending encrypted card information requires a stable internet connection)

For Recurring/Weekly/Daily Donations, only Credit or Debit Card are accepted. Other than that, we do accept PayNow and Bank Transfers. To donate via Bank Transfer, please follow these steps; 1. Select “Local Fund Transfer”. 2. You may need to add us as the "Recipient" or select "One-Time Transfer" 3. Enter our bank details accordingly - Enter Recipient's Name: MIJ Hub Ltd - Select Bank: UOB - Enter account no.: 364-328-076-9 4. Send the screenshot to the "Send Screenshot" button below. You will also need to fill in a few contact details later on. To donate via PayNow, please follow these steps; 1. Select “Unique Entity Number (UEN)” and key in: 202041210Z 2. Enter the exact amount that you wish to contribute and click "Pay Now". 3. Screenshot the "Transaction Receipt". 4. Send the screenshot to the "Send Screenshot" button below.
